SMS Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Program Description

By submitting your mobile phone number through a form on this Site and consenting to be contacted by text message, you may receive SMS and/or MMS messages from SWMW Law (and, where appropriate, its co-counsel) regarding your case inquiry. Messages may include case review follow-ups, requests for additional information, scheduling, and updates on your potential claim.

Opt-In

You opt in to this SMS program when you submit a form on this Site that includes a checkbox or equivalent affirmative consent authorizing text message contact. You may decline SMS contact and still submit your inquiry by other means.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry. You may receive more frequent messages early in the case review process and fewer messages over time.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. SWMW Law does not charge for these messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS contact at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation text, after which you will not receive further messages. To resume messages, reply START.
