Your Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a case review or contact form on this Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by SWMW Law — and, where appropriate, co-counsel — at the telephone number and email address you provide. This consent includes contact by live agents, automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages (SMS/MMS), regardless of whether your number is on any federal, state, or internal do-not-call list.
Consent is not a condition of any legal services. You may decline to provide consent and still contact SWMW Law directly by email at info@talcmesohelp.com.
What You Can Expect
- Most case reviews receive a response within 48 hours.
- Initial contact may come by phone, text message, or email depending on the information you provide.
- No attorney-client relationship is formed by any initial contact. Representation begins only with a signed engagement agreement.
Revoking Consent
You may revoke consent at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message to end SMS contact;
- Asking to be removed from the call list during any phone call; or
- Emailing info@talcmesohelp.com with the subject line "Revoke Consent."
Revocation will be honored promptly. Message and data rates may apply to any SMS communications.
Information Sharing
Information you submit is reviewed by SWMW Law and may be shared with co-counsel retained to evaluate or prosecute your potential claim. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is used.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of this policy continues in effect.
